Your right to cancel your order
You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue an immediate refund. Mint condition is defined as having the cellophane wrapping in tact and unopened.
Alternatively, and in accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided.
Please contact us within 7 working days of your order receipt via a durable form such as post.
We can then arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days).
As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation.
We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.
Product Exchanges and Refunds
If you need to exchange a product for an alternative (for example if the pack is damaged or has been tampered) please do so by sending the goods with the original packaging, all labels and tags back to us within 14 days of receipt by a secure delivery method.
We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods.
Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Please advise what the reason for the return is and the action you require regarding a replacement or alternative.
This will allow us to gain all the relevant information on which to process the return as quickly as possible.
On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products to ensure they meet our requirements.
This is in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
We will only accept returns accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be in an unused and as new condition.
We will pay for postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outside of the UK.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our conditions above.
REBEK International Limited promises that its products will not be undervalued or sold at a lower price elsewhere.
We reserve the right not to offer our pledge on liquidated, end of line or OEM items, prices that have been printed incorrectly or prices when the supplier cannot supply owing to lack of stock.
Price pledge refunds will be made in the form of discount/credit at the time of ordering.
Items under 2kg are sent by first class post where 95% of all orders are received next working day. All other orders are sent by on a next day courier service where 98% of items are delivered next day.
Please note we are in the hands of our trusted couriers and therefore cannot guarantee this service.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: AB33-38, AB44-45, AB51-56, FK20, G83, ALL IV, ALL KW, PA21-40, PH19-26, PF30-44, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-69, PA70-78, PA88. Delivery time to these postcodes should take 3-4 days.

Delivery – UK Customers Orders are assigned varying P&P costs depending on the price of the goods ordered.
98% of all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday are delivered within 1-2 working days.
Items costing up to £19.99 excluding delivery will be charged P&P.
Items costing £20+ are FREE delivery. On Occassion free delivery offers may be offered with certain products.
FREE delivery is to the UK mainland only.
We cannot take any responsibility for late or lost returned parcels. Ordering (UK) All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 20%. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this.
If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods.
If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will be able to return them to us at no cost to yourself.
